The joint venture formed by CTC, related companies, and Aer Rianta International (ARI) secured the exclusive management of the commercial operations of both the present and the new Larnaka and Pafos airports, for a 25-year period, until 2031. CTC-ARI commenced activities on 1 July 2006 with the key objective of providing best value to customers through ensuring very competitive prices and offering a better shopping experience.

A consortium formed by a number of international and local companies for the construction and operation of Larnaka and Pafos airports for a period of 25 years, until 2031, following the BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) method . Operations commenced on 12 May 2006. Pafos and Larnaka airports open in November 2008 and 2009 respectively.
