A consortium formed by a number of international and local companies for the construction and operation of Larnaka and Pafos airports for a period of 25 years, until 2031, following the BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) method . Operations commenced on 12 May 2006. The new Pafos and Larnaka airports open in November 2008 and 2009 respectively.
