Our distribution network reaches directly close to 2000 outlets - hypermarkets, supermarkets, grocery and convenience stores (kiosks, bakeries etc) - that account for over 95% of the total trade sales.

The company owns and operates a modern distribution / logistics centre, adhering to the highest european standards. The National Distribution Centre (NDC) is strategically located for easy access to all parts of the island. It has four different temperature controlled zones and can manage pallet / case/ piece / kilo handling operations, according to suppliers’ specifications and demands, ensuring optimal quality for the consumer. All procedures implemented in relation to receiving / storage / delivery, have been ISO 22000 certified

Planning and forecasting tools are being utilised to ensure optimum stock levels and customer service in terms of availability and best quality in terms of freshness.

Sales force structure is channel based, focusing on providing best service by type of customer. Trained for competence and equipped with the latest digital technology, each sales person aims at meeting customer needs on an individual basis. Selling principles like efficient / lean product distribution, planograms, promotions and category management are every day practices that support the leadership position of the brands.

Dedicated brand managers provide consistent marketing support, which creates consumer top of mind awareness and preference. Market research is carried out regularly either in the form of retail audits, customer satisfaction index or product usage and attitude surveys.
